Making a Purchase
By making a purchase in our online store, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this section. All products are offered with current stock availability and prices including VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Orders can be placed by selecting the product, entering your contact information, and confirming the order. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details.
Payments
Payments are made securely via bank transfer, card, or other specified payment methods. Orders are processed once the payment is received.
Delivery
Products are delivered according to the agreed method – via courier, postal service, or in-store pickup. Delivery costs and times will be indicated in the order confirmation.
Returns and Exchanges
According to the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 15 days from the date of receipt without providing a reason.
To return a product:
- Contact our customer support with your order number.
- The product must be returned unused, complete, and in the original packaging.
- Returned products are processed typically within 14 working days, and the refund will be made using the same payment method.
Exceptions to the right of return:
- Personalized products or products made to individual specifications.
- Opened or used low-voltage and electrical equipment that cannot be safely checked for resale.
Complaints
If the received product is damaged or does not match the order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to file a complaint. Damaged products will be replaced or refunded according to Latvian legislation.
